Print a PDF booklet with Canon IP2770
Booklet Printing is a type of layout printing in which four pages of an original document are printed on either side of a single page. The print order is set automatically. This is very useful for creating booklets. The printed pages are simply folded in half and stapled together at the center to create a booklet.
First of all, choose the pdf file to print. Then, click “file” on the left top immediately will show you the slide of menu. Then move your mouse icon to “print” and select it. The simple way is just to tap your keyboard “Ctrl” and “P” together.
Then, you will select the booklet icon on the center of the menu. Then type how much copies you want to print and the page you want to print. After that, you can set the booklet subset, sheets, and binding.
Then, select “Print” on the right bottom menu. Your printer will start to print all the front side. If your front paper has been printed, take your paper then reverse the printed paper on its short side. Then keep the stack facing the same way and place it into the rear tray. Then click OK.
Finally, your paper booklet has been printed.
